Poor
Description of Work: SIGNIFICANT decline in customer service and responsiveness since the sale of PCL to Knology. Select this company as a provider if you DO NOT want fast and friendly customer service. This is the provider of choice if you LIKE waiting on hold for a technician who makes snide remarks when you can't find the "little battery flapper" (her words, not mine) on a modem with an internal battery backup. Of course, the company is willing to dispatch a technician next Tuesday to restore telephone service that has been intermittent all weekend. Not acceptable.

They are great. If you call with any problems, someone calls back immediately and they do whatever they need you to do to make you happy. They have an excellent office staff.
Description of Work: They are my telephone, internet, and cable television service provider.
