He came to my house and I signed a contract. I did not pay him in full because the work was never finished. I had him come back to do touch ups at one point, but he has never come back to finish the rest of the job. I had to hire another person to come. I have ceilings that are missing paint on the crown molds in some of the rooms, which is what I had hired him for. I was very disappointed.

He used a latex paint over a oil-based paint. It is peeling and chipping all over the place. He refuses to come back and fix the issue, even though he was warned about it before-hand. He is extremely rude. He even painted the windows while it was raining. When he closed them, they were sealed shut. I had to hire someone else to correct this. It was awful.
