Jeff Bragg

Jeff is a very hard worker. He works pretty fast and does not take many breaks. He is knowledgable about many areas of remodel/handyman type work. He is honest about what he can and cannot do. His rates are good, and his work is decent. He stands by his price, even when the project takes much longer than he estimated. My issue with Jeff is reliability and professionalism. Or rather, lack of. Twice he failed to show up or to call. The first time he did that, I expressed in no uncertain terms that I expected a call at least, and he assured me it would not happen again. The second time it happened, (just a few days later) I had JUST spoken to him and he assured me he was leaving his house in just a few minutes to head to mine. He did not show up and finally around 8pm that night, he called to tell me that he did not feel comfortable working at my home when I was not going to be there. He stated that he would definitely be there the following day and I said I would think about it. I did not call him back and I have no intention of hiring him again. A person is only as good as their word and his word is crap.
