We have used them a couple of times and they have always done a good job.

It went very well.  He was thorough and alerted us to the fact that an a/c vent needed to be installed that the  builder had missed.

John did a home inspection of an older home I was evaluating for purchase. He discovered some serious issues with the house and gave me a candid appraisal of the potential problems. The price was higher because I bundled the home inspection with a termite inspection.

Mr. Laxson was on time and didn't mind stopping for us to ask questions. He used to build homes for a living so he knows what he's talking about and knows about proper home construction. We felt very comfortable with his level of expertise.

The price was average. They responded right away so they were good and they were on time.

John showed up early, coordinated the termite inspection, and looked over every inch of the house. He waked my husband through the issues, took many photographs, and gave us a detailed report that helped us prepare the request for repairs for the seller. Great service, personable, thorough. We would definitely recommend Home Doctor.

My experience with Home Doctor was excellent. The appointment was easy to schedule and personnel were pleasant to work with. I was able to schedule the inspection promptly. John arrived on time and was professional. He donned booties every time he entered the home and was very comfortable to be around. He answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and pointed out issues he found. The inspection was thorough and timely. Despite the fact that my appointment didn't end until almost 4:00 p.m., his report was provided later that evening. I would easily recommend this company. While I rated the cost an "A," I personally think it is excessive for the amount of time involved. However, as a point of reference, another purchaser paid the same price with anohter company for a home that was at least 1000 sq. feet smaller. It is a standard price for this type of service.

We checked with two inspection services. Both gave us prompt and accurate phone estimate, but Home Doctor's price was more reasonable. Once an appointment was set, they used a website to confirm appointment times, which was handy. The inspector arrived on time, inspected the inside and outside very efficiently, and sent a detailed inspection report, with clear pictures of all issues, in less than 36 hours after the inspection. The inspection took a little longer than expected, but we didn't mind because he did such a thorough job.

The inspection went very well. They were on time and professional. They provided a complete report of all findings the next day with pictures. They were available to discuss the report when I had questions. This is a very professional organization that does a great job.

My Realtor met the inspector, so I can't say anything about punctuality. I had minimal dealings with the inspector, but when I did he was professional and courteous. He delivered a pretty good inspection at an excellent price. He pointed out some relatively minor things and labeled observations appropriately. For the price, I doubt you could do any better.
