Great! Russell arrived when he said he would for quote and was able to start working the next day (which I know is not the norm). He did all the agreed upon repairs for the price he quoted!

He came out and completed estimate. He said it would be $400.00, and agreed to day and time. He was to come out on Monday Morning November 24, 2014.My husband and I left several messages trying to confirm appointment. My husband and I were unable to reach him and he did not call us back. When I reached him today he said he would now not be coming out to complete the work due to having a bigger job to do.
