Haggard Concrete

Even with some equipment failure, Lance got the job completed by the completion date.

Lance did a remarkable job on my project. The driveway looks great and routes water away from the house so much better than before. A couple of things I recommend when using Haggard Concrete: 1) Get every detail in writing - mostly your requirements and expectations - some of that may be on me and questions I did not ask about who is responsible for what. I like to watch what is going on and had to remind Lance of things on the original drawing I provided. 2) Be careful providing tools. I had to clean the tools I provided - a couple of things he needed and didn't have, and I have to buy another long chisel, mind got bent. 3) Be prepared to clean up and backfill anything dug out to do the forms and ruts from heavy equipment - I did not ask if my property will be left as it was found exception being the new concrete. 4) Be careful stacking projects - you need to coordinate between any other contractors working within the concrete project. Mother Nature does not always help, so have some maneuver room with other contractors. My wife and I love the work, but I have done a lot of clean up to get my yard back in shape and have a little ways to go.

The man who supervised the work was Lance, and he was very friendly. I can work with him pretty well. The gate repair went pretty smoothly, though it took a bit longer than expected. The fence gate is now working, and I now know how to replace some of the fence parts myself. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent work was performed in an experienced fashion and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The communication could have been better, especially in the beginning, but we are happy with the finished product. Overall we're pleased with the whole experience.
