Explained the cleaning process thoroughly and asked if we had any questions prior to starting.
Price was spot on with his estimate. Nice guy and will do business with him again.

I chose them because of price and he does an excellent job. If he does not get the stains out he comes back and will redo them for no charge. I will use them again in the future.

Overall things were good. The only problems I had were that the price was higher than estimated. Also he didn't move the furniture, or if he did he didn't put it up on little syrofoam blocks like he said he would. One thing worth noting is that the poor guy's wife was in the hospital and he had to cancel the first appointment. He finally came after a few days even though his wife was still in the hospital. He was a little tired from the ordeal, but still had a good attitude and did good work.

Completely satisfied with work performed. The work was far above average, on time, at a very reasonable cost, very efficient and professional. Cannot say enough good about this company! I was ready to have the carpet ripped up and replaced because it was so badly stained. I would never have believed it could have been cleaned to the level that it was.

I talked to the owner on the phone, and set up date and time to clean carpet. They arrived on time. I asked him 2x if he was going to move the furniture and each time he said yes. I also told him I had some bad spots in the carpet with boys having grown up now, it would stay clean. He stated he felt he would be able to do a good job. When I got home, I immediately noticed that the carpet was basically just run over real quick. None of the base board areas anywhere in the house had been cleaned or even vacuumed. Also as I began to check around the house, I noticed that only 2 small chairs and 1 mid sized table had been moved in the entire house. They did not even move my recliner as I turned it over and there was a lot of change under it. The spots in the carpet I could tell had no noticeable improvement at all. I have used carpet cleaners many times in the past as I am a part owner in 30 rental units and I have never seen this poor a job done before. I emailed a complaint and no reply.
