BOBBY & SON NURSERY TREE RMVL

Bobby gave me an estimate very close to what I was thinking. It was a very fair price. I didn't have to be at home for the work to be done. Everything was done when I got home and he graciously drove back to my house to pick up the payment I had for him. His choices of new shrubs and trees show that he has been doing this type of work for a long time. Bobby went far and beyond good customer service. I haven't been treated like this in a long time. I would definitely recommend hiring him and not stress about the landscaping and cleanup. :-)

I had 2 beautiful 10+ year old crepe myrtle trees that I only wanted trimmed back from the house and thinned. Unfortunately, the direction my husband gave him was to top the trees. We are from the north and that term to us means trim back the crown. Apparently that was interpreted as to cut back completely-butcher- these trees as is often seen done to the smaller crepe myrtles. If he had any knowledge of horticulture I would have expected him to discuss his intent and advise appropriately. I do accept partial responsibility for not supervising and ensuring he was understanding our direction, however, if he knew his business he would have taken the initiative to discuss and advise.

They were selling trees from the back of their truck. My neighbor said they have got good trees but both of our trees died. They were only punctual when I called a lawyer. I was very displeased with them.
