They did poor job on installation. Lots of things fell apart in couple of days. When they serviced a/c they put wrong part. When they sell you A/C they promise 10 year warranty for parts and labor, but after they perform warranty work they request to pay for the job that should of being covered under warranty. Customer service is terrible. They yell at the customers.
