Although Angie's list showed that they did not service our area, their site listed all of Maury county, so I called and set up a time. Agape showed up on time and Jim, the owner, accompanied the worker that cleaned my carpets. He wanted to make sure the carpet was actually wool (since I wasn't positive). He personally tested the carpet and it is wool. He stated they wanted to make sure the carpet was wool since wool requires different cleaning agents. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They did not charge extra for the wool and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Agape to anyone needing carpets cleaned!

He was on time, super friendly, and took care to avoid disturbing us while he worked. He did a detailed job of tackling every stain first, then deep cleaning the entire carpet. For 20 year old berber, with some large stains, it went great. The house smells and looks much better. Afew long term stains remained, but he did offer to come back if needed for residual stains. The price was fair for the size of the job, and Jim is a very pleasant person to deal with. I will use his services again.

Fantastic carpet cleaning. I have 3 dogs and a husband so my carpet gets dirty quickly. I have used agape on several occassions and they are by far my favorite carpet cleaning company. The owner takes his time and is very thorough. He is always very punctual and extremely friendly. I will only use agape in the future.

We moved into this house about 6 years ago. The berber carpet in the bonus room had a stain from the previous owners' cat. I had a big-name carpet cleaner clean the rug and the spot was not completely removed. Then a year or so later we adopted a rescue dog who had and quot;nervousand quot; issues and she made a few spots on the same berber carpet before she settled in. About a year after we got her I called the same big-name carpet cleaner and paid extra for the anti-pet stain treatment. He said without blacking out all light from the room he couldn't guarantee the stains would be gone. Well, they weren't. Then this spring after reading about Agape Carpet Cleaning on a local facebook page I tried them. It was truly amazing. Their technology is great and their professionalism is
great too! It's been a couple of months and the stains disappeared and STAYED GONE! It Was amazing and I will sing their praises for a long
time.

Carpets hadn't been cleaned in years and were the original contractor grade tan carpets that show every drop and stain. Lot's of ugly stains on carpet and front room near kitchen. Had only a day before had to turn it over to the landlord. I did not have a lot of confidence that the many stains and spots would change for the better. Maybe get a little lighter, but overall clean. You bet. He got all the oil stains, food stains, and other unknown stains out. Worn stairs that were all mashed down popped up and look relatively new. The only couple left were red ink stains(but they were lighter). Looks like a new place. Also, according to the cleaner, a stain protectant was added to the rinse so I didn't need to spray everything with stainmaster after the carpets dried. Wow. Less work for me and better chance of less mess in the future. I thought I would have to replace some of the carpet instead it looks like it will last another 10 years! Thanks Agape!. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Not good! The so called "state of the art" machine pulled the carpeting apart at the seam (that I never even knew existed prior to having the carpet cleaned). I had to cut off at least least a half a dozen long loops of carpet that were pulled out by the machine. The machine did not get out any stains. The carpet was still soiled after it was cleaned. He barley touched the stairway. It has been two weeks and the basement carpet still feels damp to me. It never has completely dried out. I expressed concern about his extraction system not being truck mounted. He assured me that his portable unit which he hooked up to our sink was just as effective, if not more so.
