They're always very good to see you. Like Tuesday, I called and said, "Could I bring Jake in for a bath on Thursday?" And they said, "yes". Normally, it's I get to see them when I need to. I never have a problem getting in, although they are very busy a lot. I don't know if my dog likes getting a bath there, but he tolerates it. They are very good with him and he seems fine when he's there. I sure don't want to bathe him. He's a big dog.

As mentioned above, we use Train Creeks Vets on an ONGOING BASIS. Everything from rabies for our kennel to treatment of snake bites (we have hunting beagles). The one occasion I recall most is when our senior beagle Hossbreeze was almost killed by cyoates.
They has literally pulled almost half the skin off of him. This necessitated that a large area be covered by a bandage for about a month. It kept slipping down. He suggested a new and innovative (although simple) solution. The bandage stayed in place and enabled me to perform the daily treatment and cleaning of the wound. I was most impressed! As a note here "Breezy" is sleeping in the den now as I write this. He helped save his life and we are most grateful.

They are competent, compassionate, and they take care of you. They get you in pretty quickly and take their time with you. The staff is great and well trained. They will answer your questions.
