My experience with Straight Painting was absolutely wonderful, and I am no rookie when it comes to working with contractors and painters. From beginning to end, everything was perfection: a detailed estimate after the initial visit in writing, the timeliness of the completion of the project, and a wonderful crew that was professional, courteous, and considerate. The finished job, which entailed the complete interior of my home, was flawless. I am thrilled and recommending the company to my friends. I have high standards and they more than met them. I plan to have them again later this year to pressure wash and paint the exterior of my home. My experience with Straight Line Painting could not have been better, and I consider my money well spent.

Requested an estimate and and Rodney arrived on time and was very courteous. I explained what I needed to be completed, he took notes, assured me he could do the work and would send me the estimate the next day. Never heard from him again. No email, no calls nothing. Tried calling him direct on his cell phone numerous times, did not return my calls. Not sure what happened, but not very professional.

Although there was a slight delay due to weather, work was done quickly and efficiently. Excellent and courteous painters who obviously took pride in their work. Matched existing color perfectly. A super end result. I would definitely use them again. Quality work at a fair price.

I had new french doors that needed to be painted right away, prior to painting the whole house. I received an estimate and was told they were extremely busy but could squeeze the job in between some bigger jobs in the area. I was assured that they could get to it the following week and I would get a call as soon as he found out exactly when. That was over a month ago. I never heard from him again. I think that a simple phone call, either way, is not to much to ask. Very unprofessional.

They also replaced some molding and trim work around the entryway. They're also painting my garage door, and they painted my closet. In some of my rooms, there are multiple colors., and they didn't even have to use tape; they did it all by eye. They were great about cleaning up and being courteous. They even helped me get a 180 lb TV to the curb. I got more than I thought I was going to, and I'm very happy with their service.

They came out ahead of time & sent a whole crew. They did everything in one day & did an excellent job. They were very clean & didn't splatter paint elsewhere!

Straight Line Painting is LICENSED in several cities and surrounding areas. (Athens, Decatur, Madison, Huntsville) I have used Straight Line Painting at least 5 times for personal use and recommended him to at least 10 people who used Straight Line Painting. They ALL were very satisfied/happy with the quality of work completed recommending him to people they knew. I can't believe another reviewer gave him an "F" for not returning a phone call. This guy is in high demand and will get back with you in time. I know this because I have been using him for over 5 years now. The office number is the best number to leave a message. That number is 256-420-8175. I plan on using Straight Line Painting in the fall for another large job. The quality of work is consistent as well as his pricing. Some Painting Companies charge outrageous prices. I am so glad I found this company!!

The entire experience from beginning to end was superb. The owner of the company (Rodney) came out right away to give an estimate - his estimate was significantly lower than previous estimates. Rodney also made suggestions on work that needed to be done but in no way tried to 'inflate' the job in order to drive up costs. His team started work 2 weeks later and finished the entire house in 3 days - they were professional, courteous and timely. At the end of the job Rodney came by to examine the work and had his workers come out again to redo some caulking (an issue that was cosmetic only and something I hadn't noticed!). I would absolutely recommend Straight Line Painting for any painting needs/jobs.

They did the entire house and the garage at one place and then they did a job at the other place. Their cost is so good. Regarding the price he didn't really want me to share this with anybody; the couple gave me a real good deal as I give him a lot of business. It was $2800 square foot house, including the garage and there also the golf court garage. They are not going to get a better price and they do good work too.
