The whole experience was terrible. They were unprofessional. They pulled off the old rubber on the flat roof section and installed new rubber, without inspecting or fixing any original problems. After they installed the new rubber they pulled the vinyl siding down and discovered the joists underneath the new rubber roof were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Latham then jacked up the new rubber roof to replace the joists but since they had put on the new rubber roof, they couldn't properly screw the decking to the joists. Latham then quickly put the vinyl siding up and left, hiding all the bad work. Now the flat roof leaks even worse than before Latham had done the work. The asphalt shingles on the front were done alright but the ridge cap isn't straight. I found beer cans on my property after they were done. I can only guess this impacted their ability to lay a professional roof. They also didn't clean up the construction mess. Roofing tacks were left in the driveway and all around the exterior of the house. I had to get a magnet and manually pull up the debris. When I tried contacting Latham to fix the issues they took no accountability and said their work was alright. I simply want others to know of my experience before looking to hire Latham Construction.

They were able to schedule the job to begin within 1 week of the estimate date. They arrived promptly at the house on the day it was scheduled to begin. Job took approximately 3 days but were here promptly at 8 AM every day. Worked 11 hours each of the first 2 days in order to finish the job in a timely fashion.
