Very well. Mr. Smith came on the day and at the time he said he would. He took a look at the door and within a very short amount of time, had it fixed. He was knowledgeable, professional, and well-mannered.

Bill Smith Overhead Doors was cheaper than the first estimate we had. They only suggested doing the work that had to be done instead of replace an entire door so I liked that a lot. He could probably get people to smile a little bit more when they show up at your door but other than that, they were nice enough.
