My husband went over to the house and found all the buckets of paint wide open and no one there. For three/four days we could never figure out what happened. His wife told us that he had been in a wreck. An old friend of his told us that he had gone to jail. He sent his wife and a guy named Matt to finish the job. He had started the job with semi-gloss and they painted over with flat paint. They said we are in a hurry just give us the check and we can go. I gave them the check and never heard back from them.

As the company owner, I have not been presented with the opportunity to give an explanation, to the homeowner, of the details on this particular project. Unfortunately, it is true, that I did in fact have a accident while working on this job, nevertheless, I was under complete impression that the job was completed by my employees to customer satisfaction. I wasn't ever notified of any discrepancies, and would like to give apologies to (deleted member name) for my ex-girlfriend/ and laborers' lack of professionalism. It is never my intentions to leave a job unfinished and/or the homeowner dissatisfied. My business has been up and running for about 4 years, to date, without complaints. My accident in 2011 prevented me from being able to work for a couple of weeks, therefore, my decision to send workers without my presence, seemed to be best solution for completing this job. I am glad that I am now aware of the issue that it caused, and I will attempt to contact the (deleted member name) to give my deepest apologies. I can be contacted @ 256.652.2059.
