I wish Angie's List would let you choose "Maybe" when they ask if you would use the provider again as that is what I'd select.
The repair person showed up on time, was clean, courteous and very professional.  I already had an idea of what was wrong, but wasn't sure if I could change the part out myself even after checking a YouTube video.  After watching the repairman replace the thermal fuse, I realized I could have done it myself in the few short minutes it took him.  Although I was very happy with his professionalism and work, I was not happy with the price.  I was charged $16.47 for a part that I could have gotten at Lowe's for about $7.00.  Labor for less than an hour was $91.65 and a charge of $79.95 to just show up (which I was informed about up front). 
The next time I have a problem with a major appliance, I'll definitely check YouTube again and give it a try myself. Most likely I can do it even though I don't consider myself mechanically inclined. For the price I paid for this service and fuse, I could have paid for half of a new dryer with a year warranty.  
I have no complaints about the repair itself or the person who performed the repair -- it's 4 months later and I've not had any more problems. I just think Bob Wallace Appliance charges way too much for just showing up.

Found a mis-installed electrical cable and door seals. Repaired the cable and removed the un-removed door seals that were causing occasional leakage.

I have used them before as well and they have always been good. They have been around since I was a young girl. They have worked on my aunt’s refrigerator. They are very quick in coming out to help you. You can easily call them and they will come either the same afternoon or the next morning. They can even get the parts to your house. He did a wonderful job on our pool. The person that came did the repair and made sure the washer was spinning right. They show up when they say they will show up.
