The foremost problem was (and still is) managing water drainage around my house. The house sits downhill from the road and water wants to run up against the foundation wall on two sides of the house. In addition to the shrubbery bed, Arab nursery installed a french drain along the front foundation wall to move water flow to the side of the house. This drain works but cannot handle the water volume of heavy rains and the surrounding drainage gravel is washing away.
I called for an appointment a few months ago and the guy came out once to take a look. After that, he did not return two calls. So, i called their office and got a message that their regional office had closed. I left a message there but have received no return calls.
I am seeking other contractors to complete the work I thought I was getting from Arab Nursery.
