used poor quality shingles,removed 20 feet of flashing and did not replace,had to get them to come back to nail down shingles that were sticking up and left nails in the driveway the ridge vent was not nailed down right and can not get them to replace the flashing was not allowed to choose color of medal roofing on deck. I decided to use them because when they did the estimate that they would incould the ridge vent and take the $500 deductable off the estimate,they didn't take any thing off and added $90 for the ridge vent. the flashing was removed on half of the back of my house and not replaced the ridge vent could be lifted up several inches .I told them I wanted a tan or light brown metal roof on the back deck ,they refused and put the white roof on.
