LONG ANIMAL CLINIC

I love dr long he is always very professional and nice and you can tell he cares. the lady at the front that wears glasses and is really loud is extremely rude. I’ve asked simple questions before to her and she is always very rude and dismissive. she has a very bad attitude problem and tries to make you feel stupid for asking questions. if i didn’t love dr long so much i would definitely stop taking my babies there just because of that lady.

My beautiful cat who is confident, and always outgoing and friendly is so traumatized from this experience that we are shocked! Degenerate we pet him he suddenly COWERS! My cat has never cowered! Why would he cower unless someone has been hitting him?! He’s limping! Why is my healthy cat limping and cowering?! He’s not sitting down correctly and has nightmares multiple times a day because he trembles and wakes up like he’s freaked out. This cat is the sweetest cat ever! Always walking with his tail high in the air and now, his tail is down low and he’s crouched down as if he’s war crawling. ***?! I haven’t even mentioned the crust in his ears, the discharge from his eyes, bad terrible breath, the dry nose, and that he literally needs to be next to me 24/7! I don’t know what took place at this establishment that everyone says is so great but we will get to the bottom of it! I called the office to ask how his stay was because my cat isn’t himself by a long shot the response I received was “We didn’t abuse him” That’s not what I asked ... if anything it reconfirms my suspicion that and of course my cat is barely walking and cowering!! This will be pursued legally ! Do not take your pets to this facility.

My beloved cat was 16yo. She got feline aids from a stray in neighborhood. Dr. Long and staff were so gentle, caring and professional thru it all. The week before, he told me to take pics with her and spend a lot of time with her. That day, he gave me a little more time in an exam room, alone with her. Awhile after, I went back to pick up remains in a lovely ginger jar so she’s always with me. He told me to wait awhile then he connected me to a lady who fosters so I adopted 2 kittens. Dr. Long fixed both of them when they became old enough. He continues to treat them when needed. Highly recommend.

The experience with Long Animal Clinic was fine, I was pleased. They are pretty easy to get an appointment, they are reasonable, staff is friendly.

My dog had an irritated rash on his feet and chest, which he has had on and off the entire time I've owned him. I called Long Animal Clinic and they were able to see us the same day. When we got there he saw us FAST (within 10 minutes.) While he was examining my dog he did his best to be as gentle and stress free as possible. After he determined the cause of the rash he made a plan for treatment. He prescribed an antibiotic and instructed me to give my dog a bleach bath (EXTREMELY diluted, 50 to 1) this treated the rash from the inside and out. This combination cured the rash in less than a week. Dr. Long said to give him a bleach bath on a regular basis to keep the rash from returning. So far everything looks great. This is the only Veterinarian who has been able to keep the rash from returning. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Long.
