Heating and Air Conditioning Service
This company claims that they are punctual. Not the case whatsoever. They had authorization to complete this project and they simply kept putting it off and putting me on the back burner. By speaking with the owner, he seems nice and friendly, but it was more than clear he wasn't willing to do the work. I eventually made my final complaint with our warranty company. Our Warranty company claims that Hurston will no longer be a provider of theirs and I hope they keep their word. I waited over a month and gave them plenty of time and chances to make it right and they never called me back and eventually seemed to be avoiding my calls.
