The man showed up 3 hours late. He evaluated the refrigerator and went to put in a new motherboard. Upon completion went to put the metal plate on the motherboard and shorted it out.He promised to show up the next day and a hour after the scheduled time we called him. He stated he was having trouble finding the new motherboard. We found one and agreed to buy it and let him finish the job. He said no. You can finish yourself. When the man went to pull out the refrigerator I informed him it was a brand new floor and he might need help.He pulled it out and left 2 rips in my floor. I said you ripped my floor . He said just glue it. The repair place says $75 to repair it. Then we just bought another refrigerator. Very unprofessional. Gives new meaning to the term redneck.
Description of Work: Did not complete repair job. Did damage to new kitchen floor and refused to repair it.
