He's a thief. I think he was on drugs part of the time. I later found out that he stole from others.

It started out like they knew what they were doing. Roof was scraped, new rock material added. Learned later was not necessary. Part of roof should've been replaced but wasn't. Tried to fix it with paper stuffed in and poured roof coating on top. No good!
