Description of Work: I called them to check on my connections, for both the cable and internet. After checking all my connections, from the pole to the computer, he found no problem. However, the problem still exists, and the bill that came in right after reflected a 30 dollar increase. They did the exact thing to at least 4 other people that I know. I think they are crooked. I wish another cable provider would come in and give them some competition.
