DOG DAYS SALON

When I could not get a appointment with our regular groomer, we thought we would try the "shop around the corner"  BIG MISTAKE!!!  One poodle looked presentable; however, the others ears were not the same length, each side of his head did not match and his coat was so short you could see his skin.  Both dogs had skint places that were red and angry looking.  They charged twice as much as our regular groomer.  When I entered the shop to pick them up, she had a tight hold of his muzzle and was physically jerking his head back and forth.  There was no talking or reassurance--in fact there was no noise heard from anybody--seen on the two tables and the shampoo sink.  She complained about their behavior and stated that she was sure I had gotten complaints from there regular groomer.  I would like to add that they have been groomed every six to eight weeks for four years and when we turn onto the road to our usual people, they get excited, pull me through the door, race to the counter and jump up on their hind legs.  Dogs and groomer are happy to see each other!  Seems to me that they know how to behave!
