He ended up having to make multiple trips (20 miles each way) because part he had was defective. He only charged me for a simple service call.

Everything about this project met or exceeded our expectations. Their price quote was competitive (next lowest of five bids). Big box quotes were high and were given with a somewhat condescending presentation. All references for Sims were, without exception, glowing. Additionally, I sought recommendations from three local home building contractors. All three highly recommended Sims as their first and only choice. All personnel were professional (If good old boys can be called professional ;-) and worked diligently from the time they arrived until they left. They showed up on time and went out of their way to keep us informed about progress as they completed steps. They cleaned up after each day and finished the job sooner than expected. Having had bad experiences with A/C service in the past, Sims Electric was a breathe of cool fresh air.
