MC CAIN'S CARPENTRY & ROOFING

In less than one year from installation of our new roof we had a significant leak.
We have tried for a year to get him to repair the leak in our New Roof, he
guaranteed the installation for 5 years.
We are now hiring another contractor to correct the problem.
I cannot recommend McCain Carpentry and Roofing..

Very resposive,, knowledgable, Took him 5 minutes to find the problem and 5 minutes to fix the damaged shingles. Inspected entire roof and noted hall damage. I will call him again when insurance company OK's reroofing the house.

They were very quick and they pointed out unexpected damage and repaired it with modest additional

our living room was leaking when it rained . water was coming in through my window frames and had another leak also.called contractor and he came out and showed me the problem with the roofing.gave me an estimate.we called him back and told him we wanted him to do the job.he came out and got the color of the roofing so he could match it up. showed up as promised on the morning of the 10th. was done by 12.noon , everything was picked up and cleaned and old shingles hauled off.

I called McCain's Carpentry and Roofing after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I liked him from the very beginning of our phone call. He politely told me that once the rain stopped that he'd give me a call and we'd decide on a day that would be good to check the leak out. He called me back a few days later, and gave a round about time when he'd be there. When he arrived, he got right on the roof, noted what the old roofers could've done a better job on, and patched up the leak around a nail that the old roofers shot in too far. All-in-all, William does great work, he's friendly, and he doesn't charge enough for what he does. The only reason why the above amount says $100 is because we thought he deserved more than what he asked for. (He asked for way less than that.) I will definitely be calling McCain in the future.

He was very kind and very professional. He was on time, stayed in contact, and even came by on a Sunday. We did not end up using him because we were committed to someone else.

We had wind damage on our rental property and rain was beginning to ruin the ceilings inside. We were expecting another
huge weather front in within 24 hours after the insurance adjuster came and Mr. McCain came out and tarped the roof to prevent further damage. As soon as we got a check from the insurance company he came out and replaced the roof with a metal roof
that will last much longer. He was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up after himself and we were thrilled with his work.

Truly, I am amazed with the excellent response and service of Mr. McCain. Not only does he answer the phone himself, but
you can sometimes hear him at work on some kind of construction in the background. He did everything he said he would do, and he was courteous, professional, and prompt....not a small thing when you consider many contractors in our area do not bother to call or show up for work.

I will definitely call on him again.
