The rug was fine but I was surprised to learn that they did not deliver, even if I was willing to pay delivery. We only lived 4 miles away, but manhandling a 9'x12' rug was difficult with only my wife to help. I was going to have our whole house re-carpeted but with this kind of customer no-service I will go somewhere else. These people are really clueless, they don't seem to care about their customers.
