I called Sand Mountain Toyota to make an appointment to address some
recall issues on my vehicle. The Assistant Service Manager Troy Rogers
was very cordial on the phone and was able to get me an appointment the
same day! When My husband and I arrived we were warmly greeted and to
our surprise we were given a courtesy car at no charge to use while the
inspection/potential repairs were being done. If we had chosen to stay
at the dealership, the lounge look well appointed and comfortable and
offered snacks and drinks for the waiting patrons. When we returned to
pick up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed--another wonderful
surprise. The whole experience was amazing because we were treated in
such an excellent manner and did not spend a dime--the recall inspection
was of course free.
Because of the superb service we received I am now considering purchasing a new vehicle from them.
We met one of the sales staff, Bryan Stewart and he was very nice, and low key. He let us look around on our own without any pressure. He provided me with some literature to help me with my decision and asked me to contact him regarding a future test drive. Overall Sand Mountain is a GREAT Toyota dealership.

I make appointments on-line. Never had any problems. They thoroughly check all vital systems. They check and air up the tires. They vacuum the interior and wash the vehicle. They have a great waiting area and have wi-fi. They have coffee and refreshments. All staff are professional and courteous. I have used them on multiple occasions.
