He came out and gave us an estimate but we haven't done the work yet. There is nothing negative, he was great. He was on time and gave what we feel is a good price estimate. He seemed like a very nice guy. We tend on calling him to do the work.

The painters were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. They were not the cheapest but did very good work. Overall it was a good experience without any issues.

Good work, but they are way overpriced. Yearly Maintainance quoted at $450. Used another company for $150. Quoted other jobs, but they were always twice as high.

"Our annual maintenace of door restorations comes with a guarantee to keep the complete door system looking brand new indefinitely. We are not handymen services so I will make no excuse for offering professional services at a professionals pay. Rarely am I told that I am double the price though. We are a legitimate Company that has stayed in business since 1978 and maintain the utmost integrity."

I noticed back in July that walls in my den were 'splitting'. upon further inspection, 2 walls were vertical random width/length 3/4' flooring planks & the remaining walls paneling. The adjacent bath was shower board which was also splitting. Mike came out the 1st week of August for a job estimate & his crew started job 10 days later. Job was done on time according to contract. His crew was punctual, clean, & very professional. They were also good about cleaning up daily after work. During this job, another problem involving the foundation was found. A previous shower pan leak had caused wood rot with the foundation & had been 'fixed' with 2x4s and 4x4s that were in contact with the crawl space. Mike had a foundation specialist come in and attach steel beams, remove rotten wood, & fix the problem correctly. Highly recommend!

They were very good with windows. We were very unhappy with some of their dry wall work and decks work. We will not recommend them for painting. We spent about $20,000. They were not communicative about the painting. They were not responsive to our feedback about the quality. They did not align their painting with our desires. We will not use this company again in the future.

"After making several service calls to the home and repairing items as requested, This customer refused to pay their remaining bill after making several promises to do so. We made several attempts to contact the customer and after our attorney requested that they allow us to take photos of any issues they were complaining about, we were told that we would not be permitted to do so. As of today, customer still owes us over $2,500.00."

Mike Lange, the owner, came to do the estimate. He took dozens of pictures, pointing out to me the areas he knew would need repair on our 80+ year old home. He was extremely thorough, and easy to work with. The painting came with a never crack, never peel, never fade guarantee! Repairs were done as needed, and as expected, there were more than we anticipated. However, all were done in a professional manner, and apparently very well. They assigned a superintendent for the job who said he specialized in older homes; from what we saw, he may have, as he was very knowledgeable. We are calling them again for any additional exterior repairs that may be needed.

It all went very well. The owner of the company met me at the house and inspected the problem thoroughly. He gave me an estimate that day. His men did the work efficiently when the chimney cap arrived, were available and easy to contact later when I wanted to discuss the repair. I would definitely use them again.

All carpentry work was completed in a journeyman fashion. Carpenters made extra effort to assure quality and were gentlemen. Daily cleanup was excellent. Repair schedule was met considering weather. If this project included only repair and replacement, it would merit straight "A's." However, there were significant problems with the painting. Was told by owner Mike Lange that his superintendent, Bobby Holy, was in charge of job and was our point of contact. This was true for the carpenters. Painter foremen consistently ignored Mr. Holy and fought with homeowner about what, when and how the work would be performed. They insisted on referring to the letter of the contract even after assurances from Mr. Lange that his verbal representations would be implemented. This was reported to Mr. Lange and the situation became far worse after that. Heated arguments were necessary to get the painters to do quality work and perform the work as contracted and promised by Mr. Lange and Mr. Holy.

Windows Doors & More did an excellent job on our window. They showed up on time and did an excellent job with installation. I did think the prices at Windows Doors & More were a little expensive, but I think that s because it was a custom job. I would use Windows Doors & More in the future.

They put the windows in correctly and they looked great. I didn't have any problems with leaks or drafts and they cleaned up well when they were finished. The only thing I wished they would have done better was to slope the concrete slabs because they get standing water on them. Other than that I was satisfied.

I have used this company for nine years and they were always reliable. If I had a problem with anything pertaining to my home I called them and they came right out. They were really nice and respectful people. They were tidy and had great respect for my home. Their quality of work was top notch.

We had a bad experience with a company. When we got the estimate for this one we asked for referrals which they gave us. The other customers said they did the best job ever done on their home. We decided to go with them. They worked for two days on the fascia, some gutters they were able to fix others we had to replace. They were very nice guys who we had no problem trusting around the house. We are going to hire them on another project in the near future.
