He came out and he talked to me about what he could do and the different ways he could accomplish the job, and what they would do as far as when they found places that the board needed to to be replaced or whatever they would replace those and they gave me a quote. The person that talked to me walked me through all the different steps of each thing that they would do, things that I really wouldn't have thought about.

Overall, from start to finish, I was very happy with the services provided by Whatley Paintng & Pressure Washing. The job did take longer than expected, but that was due to weather and they kept in touch with me daily even when they couldn't work. The amount spent may seem like a lot, but my rental property is an older duplex that needed quite a bit of work. I would 100% recommend!!!
