Bruce did a wonderful job. He was also very easy to talk to. Spent an hour before we arrived doing the inspection, then showed us pictures of all points of interest, and finally did a full walkthrough of the house with us pointing out the areas we would like to know about. In the end, there were only 3 issues that actually needed to be addressed, but we now know of possible future problems and early warning signs to look out for.  He utilizes tech to give him an edge while doing inspections (a friend of ours used him for a townhouse a few months prior, which was how we found him. The townhouse did not have roof access, so Bruce used a drone to fully map out the roof and look for problems).

Bruce was punctual - he arrived before I did - and was professional, personable and very thorough. He maintained a very professional demeanor, even when the listing agent "accidentally" came by in the middle of the inspection! I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend Bruce to anyone who needs a home inspection. Thanks again!
