I explained in detail the house cleaning project, and suggested sending 3-4 people along with an English speaking crew leader. Only two people arrived and neither spoke good English. They constantly had to call a relative in the company for me to relay instructions-very frustrating and time consuming. Overall the two young ladies worked hard and competed the cleaning task by day’s end. I would use them again only if they sent an English speaking liaison.

I am still waiting for requested invoice. That would complete service. Overall satisfied with job performed. I expected to pay more for expected deep clean. Communications were difficult and not clear. The work was done on time and sufficiently. We were out of time and discouraged by others who either never followed thru and or returned phone calls or quotes. Thanks for prompt service. We will be canceling future bi-monthly service based on price.
