Lowe's Home Improvement

They had a contractor that came out. They sent two gentleman out. They did accidentally drop part of the fence on my home and it put a couple of holes in my siding. I spoke with the representative that after Christmas they contacted me. They came out and replaced the pieces of siding. The fence itself turned out great! I was very pleased with that! They even went to Lowe's and replaced all of the pieces of the fence he did not approve of themselves!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase that I made. We're always pleased when we go to Lowe's. When my husband goes to Lowe's, it's usually $100 or more. He was always pleased, he has never had a bad experience there so it's good. He likes both Home Depot and Lowe's because there are a lot of things for around the house and usually Lowe's has things that Home Depot hasn't but Home Depot is closer so he likes the variety in merchandise and there are nice big aisles, and the staff is always friendly. For their quality, there's too much from China. For their responsiveness, sometimes you can't find anybody.

will not recommend anyone to lowes for anything very unhappy with them

They have one installer for the whole area. He was easy to work with. There was a problem with the cabinet and the cabinet maker addressed that .Since he is the only one in this area it was a problem getting him back over here to get it finished. I am satisfied with the work they preformed considering everything. I think people can do better on price if they go to another store. other then big box stores. I love my cabinets so I cant complain but it was a bit pricey. I probably wont use them again. I need to do my bathrooms but I probably will use another company because I think the prices will be better.
