I hired Jons on a previous job and rehired for a tree removal. They arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up he yard when complete.

They never showed up when they said they would for an estimate and when they finally did the tree stump removal the operator put a hole in my fence did not tell me and did not clean even though that was part of the cost. After I complained he came back the next day and repaired my fence.

"Thank you for your feedback, we are sincerely sorry your expectations were not met during your visit, that does not sound like our usual approach. We did have some technical issues this week in the office with some appointments not feeding over to our calendars correctly. With the 1 fence board being broken, we are happy to repair the damage and have already done so. As far as the clean up, this job was cleaned up thoroughly, but we are not landscapers and can only do so much as far as leveling and making it sod ready. We do take all of our reviews seriously and will use this information to make future improvements. - Jon Pierce"

They caused damage to my neighbors house and refused to correct the damage. Two windows broken and gutter damaged. I called as well and got no response. My neighbor said that the rep was very rude and unhelpful.

I received prompt and excellent service. I am having some sodding done and needed a tree removed. In less than two hours the tree was gone and everything cleaned up. The price was very fair. I strongly recommend Jon's Tree service.

Jon's Tree Service came out and removed two trees, ground the stumps and removed all debris. They did the work while I was out of town. I would never have been able to tell that they had been to my residence if it weren't for the two trees being gone. Very through and very professional!!

The project ended up being a lot larger than we originally thought. It took 4 hours to complete instead of 2. Jon kept his original price quote. I would have paid twice as much with another contractor. The crew was very experienced, polite, and did a great job. My project was extensive large limb removal of many trees. This is my second experience with Jon's Tree Service and both times I got a great price for the work done. I would have given a 5 for customer service except they did not come on the scheduled day. We had to reschedule, but he did come just a few days later. Good people.
