His bid price was the lowest, he was very detailed, extremely timely, and reliable. He was easy to work with because I could contact him whenever I needed and he communicated well. He had great communication with his sub-contractors. The end results have been great. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to do renovations to their home.
