This business is dishonest and lacks integrity. They will charge you money even when they never showed up. Funky Plumbing reported that the came to my house and I canceled while they were in the drive way, which is not true. I cancelled the appointment before the scheduled time of the appointment. What really makes me upset is they said, “let us know if you need us,” when I cancelled. I was home when I cancelled and there was no one from their company in my driveway when I called. This company charged my home warranty company for a valve who in return charged me. I never received the valve or a service visit from Funky Plumbing.

This was our second time to use them. They do excellent work and we will use them again.

Excellent job!  This job was performed through Old Republic (home warranty).  I needed a flexible plumbing company for two reasons.  First, during the home inspection a few months back, the inspector broke the water shut off valve (for the entire house).  Because the house was in the process of being sold to me, the owner had a quick fix completed and then paid me so I could get it fixed better in the near future.  Second, I wanted to ensure that another AO Smith water heater was installed and I wanted to go from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon tank.  Funky Plumbing uninstalled the old water heater on a Friday and installed the new one Monday morning, which gave me plenty of time to make a good repair on the shut off valve.  They also installed a mid-range AO Smith 50 gallon water heater as requested.  Their plumbers were very professional and careful.  The installation looks great and functions wonderfully.  It can be hard to find a flexible, professional plumber who cares about the quality of their work.  You can trust this company.  Thank you for an outstanding, professional performance.
