I have always been pleased with them. They have always been clean, prompt and professional. Their prices are reasonable and honest. I have used them for three houses now and so, I obviously like them. My husband was out of town and so, he could not come home to change the filters. I have a very nice, big and heavy filter. So, I have to change it only once a year. It cost $120 for them to come and replace the filter and change it. These filters cost $85 to $90 even when I go and buy them at a whole sale as filters are not cheap. So, I thought that their price was very good as they had to go under my house into the crawlspace to change it. They are also very friendly and very easy to work with. They are right there in the middle ground in terms of their pricing. They are not too high but are also not too cheap that you have to wonder as to what they are leaving out. Sometimes, they are booked out and so, it might take a couple of days or three to four days for them to come out if it is not an emergency. However, they are very good at getting here if it is an emergency.
