Jose' showed up on time, was polite and courteous. Performed a thorough job and didn't leave a mess behind. He even called roughly an hour beforehand to be sure that someone would be here for him and confirmed the address.

I called 4 heating companies all were booked up and couldn't make it. I called Wasillla Heating and got Jose (the owner). He was on a job but had a cancelation and could come over next. He showed up within 1 1/2 hrs . Took him 20 mins ors so to find the problem, a safety switch a little off on the door panel that wouldn't let furnace come on, he repositioned it and all was good. Now he could easily have up sold me on a new thermo coupler or such and made some more $, but he didn't. The gas furnace is old the last guy to work on it 10 years ago said the manifold was cracked and it would cost $6,000 to replace it, it wasn't cracked ,Jose quoted $3,000+ to replace it. Charge was for basic service call, jose was polite and friendly he will be the guy I call to replace my furnace this spring.

He did an excellent job. he showed up around 9:00 a.m. and i showed him where everything was and he cleaned my furnace and changed the air filters. after he was done he started on servicing the boiler and finished in a timely manor.
