Great experience. They were punctual, helpful, and left the cabin clean. Travis was always polite and answered all our questions. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The Major construction of the driveway light posts, landscaping lighting, and security flood lights took a great deal of prep work and time. It was all completed professionally, with great detail on our happiness as the homeowner receiving the work. Additionally they were willing to come back out to repair a single light post when most others would probably thought not worth their time. I would never let anyone except Vannoy Electric touch my home again after having the work done I have had from this company. This company is what any homeowner or business would want when needing electric work done for them. Consider NO One else if you live in the Alaska Matsu Valley area.

The electrician was a very courteous young man that quietly went about his work slowing occasionally only to explain what was to happen next.  The total cost came in less than the estimate provided.  They arrived on the second of scheduled work days.  Eager to get in, get it done, and get out.  Adjusted their work schedule to fit our availability,  All went smooth.

He put all new electrical wiring from the previous service provider. He added 6 new boxes and cut 6 pieces of drywall for the new wiring. He did an excellent. The technician made the house very safe for electrical wiring. I am having him come back to help me with other projects. I would recommend him to everyone! They were also very professional.

They are licensed and bonded. The price they quoted me was the price they charged me. I had some electrical problems a few days after they finished and they came and checked and were able to show me that is was something on my end and nothing that they did. They back-up their work. If I have electrical needs in the future, I will call them back.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service. The young man was prompt, polite and knowledge. He installed an outside box by the local power company's meter to switch from commercial electrical power to generator. Working in the Alaska cold for four hours he managed go step by step and did not have to go back to make any corrections. Once he was finished, he cleaned up all the packing material and debris and walked me through the steps to break away from commercial power and transfer the the gasoline generator that will be used during power outages.
Top of the chart as far as professionalism. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.
