I would ask anyone to come see the result if they are interested. It is still holding water and working. We had a lot of contractors. We had an excavation company, a concrete company, a framing company, a roofing and siding company and a sheet rocking company.

We have an area where the new construction connects to the old construction and it has leaked ever since he's done it. We had him out here three times and he just made it worse. We called another roofing company to fix his mess. We've had to have an arch in the kitchen repaired in our kitchen 3 times, too, because of the slow leak. He also did some remodeling and he over charged us so we just fired him. He would say he was using the money for products then he wouldn't come up with the product. He probably owes us about $5,000 in that area. We've also had to spend $600 to get the heater repaired because of the problems he caused. His price was comparable to other people but his work was lousy. He kept saying he would get it fixed and each time we called he got belligerent. We did have a warranty but what good is it if he wasn't going to come back and do the job right. He had such disrespect for our property inside and out.
