He showed up at around 2:30 and did not know how to fix my problem. He ended up calling twice for help and asked for others to come out. There's was always excuses of not having the right tool or enough tools to do the job. Because of his trying to fix and then giving up, a larger portion had to be fixed then originally and a lot of time spent waiting for someone else. The job was not completed until 10pm and the prices seems to reflect that when a 3" nipple cost $200. I am now left with pipes that are unsecured and wiggles and now leaks in another place but I'd rather pay another company to fix than deal with the incompetence again.

They were really good. They were quick and professional. Customer service was very personable. I would use them in the future.
