I talked with Tom, the branch manager, at home show about my home windows having ice build up during the winter months. He offered to come out and look at them. I contacted Speedy Glass a week later and left a message for Tom. He got right back to me setting up an appointment. He said my windows were fine, and that the problem was most likely do to humidity in the house. He made a few suggestions of what I could do to prevent the problem. I totally appreciate Tom's professionalism, honesty and this no cost service he provided.. I had a private business proprietor come out to have a look and he told me I needed new windows at the cost of $7,000.00. I have had windshield repairs done at Speedy Glass many years ago and I'm glad to see they continue to provide excellent customer service.
