Quality Fence

Not very well

Company came out August 15 and gave us an estimate. Told us he would start the job Sept 2nd. The 2nd came and went with no phone call. I called them on the 4th and left message did not receive a call back till the 10th. He stated that they were out of town doing a job and would not be back for 2 weeks. But my job would be the 1st one they started when they got back. On the 16th I called them to find out when they would be coming and was told that they would be there the next day. No one showed on the 18th, I called again and was told that their digger was broke. The son apologized and said he was so sorry that this was so unprofessional and that he would give me a discount if I let them continue with the job so the price went down to $8000. I told him as long as he was here to do the job in 2 days we would go ahead with the fence. They showed up on the 20th and put the post in and cemented them. They told us they would be back in 2 days to finish. They showed up a week later. THey finally finised today. When I was presented with the bill, I reminded the son of the discount conversation and was told I never said that! This was the most unprofessional, rude company I had ever dealt with.
