They were quick and did same day job but I was charged extra for travel time which was not disclosed to me up front. I was rather surprised when I got the bill and reached out for explanation. They did reduce my bill but I would have gone with a different company if I had known they were not located in Anchorage.

All I gotta say is wow. All these years of manually shoveling my driveway, throwing out salt, and then doing it all over again next week; gone. The process was so simple, I don’t have to spend hours shoveling, and my driveway is cleaner than I would have ever gotten it. I highly recommend PAW for all of your commercial and residential snow and ice removal. The work was high quality and the customer service is always wonderful.

Jerry is absolutely amazing!! I hated shoveling my driveway in the winter time & have never paid the money to get a snow blower. I won’t need one now that I have a trust worthy company that I know will get the job done right! I recommended anyone needing someone to plow or even sand in the winter Jerry is the guys for the job! Plowing Around Wasilla has been the best experience for my family and I. Not only did Jerry exceed my expectations in plowing my driveway, he also warmed our heart's. My 9 year old son was standing outside watching him plow because he wanted to learn something about snow removal so he can start shoveling driveways. Jerry stopped his plow and asked my son how he was. My son then proceeded to ask him questions and he stood there answering them...he even offered him a job for when he's older. My son was so happy, he couldn't stop talking about it. Thanks, Jerry!
