Flawless, no hassle to me at all. Bonnie called to say Ken would be dropping off the heavy equipment the next day and he did. They said he would start the day after and he did. Ken walked the site with me, asked a lot of questions and looked at pictures of what I wanted. Then he and his son spent the next three days cutting into the slope, placing big rocks for a fireplace base, grading the patio in preparation for future paving. Putting down 3"of sand there, and grading the curved driveway/path up the hill to the patio. The rocks were on my land, so I saved some money there. He is really an expert at moving the rocks. One was 4' in diameter and 15' from the house. He maneuvered that big claw bucket like it was a ballet dance.
