The technician fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon, and stayed later than he had been scheduled to repair a problem with a cylinder misfiring on my truck. He had to send out for a special tool, but once he got it, he got right to work and finished quickly. I had settled down with my iPad and a movie, expecting a long wait, so was pleasantly surprised when he completed the project so fast. The work was thorough, and I have not had problems with that cylinder since.
I've used JFK Auto several times for various issues with my Honda Accord as well, and have been very happy. They are reasonably priced, very thorough, and very pleasant as well. They were recommended to me by a friend who is another happy customer.
