Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business. I had to return part of the lighting I purchased. When I came in to make the return they were rude, very condescending, and charged me a 20% "restocking fee" to put it back on the shelf. How pathetic is that kind of service when you are in a competitive market and a small business owner? I will never go to this store again and I will never recommend it to anyone. The manager in particular was responsible for this rating. Do not take your business here, you're much better off getting what you need at the big box stores.
Description of Work: I wanted to purchase lighting for my shop. They had a sale on overhead lighting and I thought I would throw some business to one of our small independent stores. We figured out how much lighting I would need and I purchased the lights. Unfortunately, I had to return part of the order due to a change in the shop layout.
