Professional, friendly. They went the extra mile to get the flowers delivered that same day.

Their phone message on voice mail said they were closing early but no referencer as to what "early" would be. We decided to drive to the Floral expressions hoping to get the Christmas gift - they were closed at 2 pm. No note on the door -- nothing.
Not at all impressed with the service (lack of service) which was given. I will make sure the sender never uses them again.
Flowers by Louise was the Florist my son used for Mothers Day and the boquet was absolute beautifil -- Use them instead!
