They have done a great job of managing my property.  They are very responsive when I call them.  They have made being a landlord a seamless process.

Ms. Moss and her team managed my rental property in Wasilla for five years.  For that entire time, Moss kept good, clean, paying renters in my home and took good care of the property.  I lived in Louisiana and could not visit the home whenever there was a problem. Moss and her team were always right on problems.  They routinely scheduled maintenance and repairs and the house was well kept.  When it came time to sell, the home had the same carpet and paint as it had when I left it in 2010. The rent was always paid on time.

I have employed Charlene Moss for over two years to manage my rental property in Wasilla, AK.  They were recommended by a trusted friend.  For the most part I have been pleased with their service.  They act as though they truly care for the condition of my home.  They performed credit checks on prospective renters and only allowed those that would be good for the money.  I appreciated this.  This service is particularly helpful because i live in Louisiana and have no way to routinely inspect my house myself.  
The problem I have experienced with Charlene Moss is that they are notoriously unreliable about calling back when I have a question.  There have been expensive maintenance and repair issues that I simply never get any feedback on.  I authorize work according to their recommendations and never know if it was completed.
