I will and do recommend Craig Channer Realtor for anyone wanting to sell their house. I was forced to sell due to a divorce. Craig took on sale of home at the beginning of the winter which anyone knows, in Alaska this is not a good idea. He found a buyer prior to the first of the year—midwinter. Due to unforeseen corrective repairs with my house he was able to locate reasonable/quick responding contractors to correct the items. It’s not important to list all the bumps in the road, just know there were many. Just before it was going to go to closing the buyer was having problems with their lender, Craig working with the buyer’s realtor and the buyer knew of a more favorable lender. The buyer made contact with the new lender and we went to closing the next week. Oh I forgot to mention I was out of state the entire time Craig and his team worked to sell my house. Even with all the hiccups his team were constantly on top of everything to assure a positive outcome. Craig tells me they service buyers and sellers all over the United States, as well as international properties. Again I would highly recommend Craig Channer Realtor, certainly if you’re looking to sell, but also for buying.

We just closed on our house. The first one we bought since living in Alaska. We wanted to be sure we were going to be staying here. Well, after 15 years I’m pretty sure we are?. I cannot say enough, or give enough praise to Layne Channer and his team at Keller Williams!!! We all know how very stressful it can be looking for the ‘perfect’ home, drawn out, frustrating, etc. Layne was so patient, upbeat, kind and knowledgeable. His office staff are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I highly, highly recommend them in your home search!! They do help it not be so nerve-wracking and even scary at times due to mortgage prices, terminology, the market, all of that can be very overwhelming. Great! We would use the internet realty sites to search for homes in the Wasilla/Palmer area in which we might be interested, forward those home MLS listings to Craig and he would provide us with very useful feedback on the home, the neighborhood in which it was located, weather factors which might be of consideration in each area, etc. When we sold our home in May he began looking for additional homes which were similar to the ones in which we had expressed interest. Upon arriving in Wasilla, we met with Craig and his associate Amy St. Pierre to refine the searches. The following day Craig and Amy were able to show us several homes, one of which we eventually purchased. From the time we made the offer to purchase through the closing and subsequent possession Craig and Amy were there to assist in every endeavor, from home inspection to final walk through, closing and possession
